At KO Pilates, we meet you exactly where you are — with clarity, encouragement, and a commitment to helping you move with strength, ease, and confidence.

What We Offer
Intro Package Special — Three Private Sessions
We welcome new clients with our Intro Package Special of three Private Sessions — $240 with Karin or $180 with Kayla. These sessions introduce you to the Classical Pilates method, help you learn the basics, and give us time to assess your movement patterns, strengths, and areas that need support.
Each Private Session offers personalized, one‑on‑one attention from Karin or Kayla. Whether in‑studio or virtual, every session is tailored to your needs, your goals, and the way your body moves. Sessions are typically 55 minutes, with 30‑minute options available for added flexibility.
Your Private Sessions also serve as your Initial Assessment if you plan to join the Essentials Class, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and ready for your first small‑group experience.
After completing the Intro Package, you may continue with Private Sessions, join the Essentials Class, begin Open Studio sessions, or participate in Pilates for Active Aging, depending on your goals and readiness.
Continuing Education for Teachers
KO Pilates offers Continuing Education for teachers who want to deepen their understanding of the Classical method. We provide one‑on‑one mentorship, private sessions, and focused workshops designed to refine your practice, strengthen your teaching, and support your connection to the Classical lineage.
To schedule private sessions or inquire about upcoming workshops, please reach out to the studio.
Private Sessions
This is how to begin your journey at KO Pilates. Dive deep with personalized, one‑on‑one attention from Karin or Kayla. Whether in‑studio or virtual, each session is tailored to your needs, your goals, and the way your body moves. Sessions are typically 55 minutes, with 30‑minute options available.
Your Initial Assessment is a single Private Session, separate from the Intro Package. Completing this one session is all that’s required to join the Essentials Class. Afterward, you and your instructor will decide whether Essentials or continued Private Sessions is the best next step for you.
If your preferred day or time isn’t listed, please call the studio at 559‑955‑7404.
We also offer duet and trio Private Sessions for friends who want to train together.
Pilates for Active Aging Class
Designed for adults 55+, this beginner‑friendly class focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and functional movement to support healthy aging.
Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to movement, we’ll meet you where you are—with encouragement, clarity, and care.
Essentials Class
Essentials begins April 20, with the Initial Assessment conducted during the classes that week.
Starting April 27, all new Essentials students will need to complete a one‑on‑one Initial Assessment (private session) before joining. An Initial Assessment allows us to focus entirely on you—your movement patterns, your strengths, and the areas that need support—so we can design a program that truly fits your body. These first sessions also give you a basic understanding of the method so you feel grounded and confident when you step into class.
Essentials is our introductory small‑group class where you’ll learn the foundational Classical Pilates exercises on every piece of apparatus. With clear instruction and a supportive pace, you’ll build strength, improve alignment, and develop the core connections that set you up for long‑term success. Most clients stay in Essentials for 3–6 months before progressing into Open Studio sessions or Private Sessions for deeper, more personalized work.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so another student can take your place—no fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will incur the full class fee.
Open Studio
Open Studio is the grassroots way Joseph Pilates operated his original New York studio — clients working independently, progressing through their personalized programs, all under the watchful eye and guidance of a trained teacher.
In our Open Studio sessions, you’ll move at your own pace while receiving individualized cues, corrections, and support. This format helps you build confidence, deepen your understanding of the system, and make meaningful connections in your body.
Arrive anytime during the Open Studio time block and stay as long as you’d like to complete your workout or observe. Join us in person or virtually.
Completion of the Intro Package, or special permission from Karin, is required before joining Open Studio.
