A Classical Pilates approach to lifting the lower body through length, connection, and control
In Classical Pilates, inversions are not about going upside‑down. They are about learning how to reach the spine long, anchor the upper body, and use the two‑way stretch to guide the lower body upward with clarity and control.
This workshop explores how the system prepares the body for inversion work through backline connection, breath, and organized spinal length—building strength and confidence without strain or momentum.
Ideal for those who would like to progress through the system into Intermediate II.
