Upper Body Around the Room Workshop
Build strength. Move freely. Improve posture.
Strengthen your arms, shoulders, back, and center through this dynamic, apparatus-based session. We’ll explore how activating the backline of the body supports freer arm movement and better posture. You’ll work with a variety of equipment around the studio—Chairs, Cadillac, push-up devices, and more—gaining a deeper understanding of how Classical Pilates principles translate across apparatus.

Lower Body Around the Room Workshop

Strength begins at your foundation. This immersive 2-hour session explores the vital “feet to seat” connection, helping you build power and stability through your feet, hips, and glutes.
You’ll rotate through apparatus including the Reformer, Chairs, Cadillac, foot correctors, and the Magic Circle—each reinforcing how lower body strength supports ease and fluidity in movement across your entire practice.
