With decades of experience teaching, mentoring, and shaping teacher‑training programs, Karen brings a unique blend of rigor, compassion, and accessibility to her workshops and private sessions.

KO Pilates is the Central Valley’s fully equipped Classical Pilates studio, founded by Karin Oliver, a graduate of Karen’s Classical Pilates Progressions Program. What is your refund policy?

We follow standard industry practice for workshops and special events:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event receive studio credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non‑refundable.
    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant.

Do I need prior experience with Classical Pilates?

No prior Classical experience is required. A willingness to learn and move is all you need. If you are not currently a KO Pilates client, we ask that you have some familiarity with Pilates so you feel comfortable and supported throughout the weekend.

What should I bring?

Please bring:

  • A mat, Water bottle, Snacks and anything else that helps you feel comfortable during the day. We so have water available onsite and Pressed Juicery juices for sale.

When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start of each session or workshop. This ensures you have time to check in, settle in, and prepare your body for the work.

Is this weekend appropriate for clients and teachers?

Yes — this weekend is intentionally designed for both clients and teachers. Karen’s teaching is layered, accessible, and deeply informative for all levels.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, form‑fitting workout clothing that allows your instructor to see your alignment.

Is parking available?

Yes — we have ample onsite parking.

Can I take photos or videos?

Out of respect for participants and the teacher, we ask that you refrain from filming during sessions unless permission is given.
