At KO Pilates, we believe the way a space feels matters as much as the work done in it. Our studio is rooted in Classical Pilates, a lineage that traces directly to Joseph Pilates through Jay Grimes. Now Hiring: Front Desk & Client Growth Coordinator
Part-time · 16 hours per week · In person in Prather, CA

This role is the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll be the first warm face clients see and the voice they hear on the phone. You’ll keep our front desk running smoothly and care for each client from their first visit to their milestone celebrations.

Beyond the desk, you’ll help KO Pilates grow by reaching new clients across the Central Valley and foothills, building partnerships in the community, and supporting our Mentorship Academy and Teacher Training Program. You’ll also keep Karin’s calendar clear and coordinated, and support studio events, workshops and our sister business.

The schedule: Monday 9:00 am–1:00 pm, and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 am–12:00 pm.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Bring warmth, polish and calm focus, even on a busy morning

  • Have 2+ years in front desk, client services or administrative work, ideally in wellness, hospitality or a boutique setting

  • Enjoy starting conversations and turning inquiries into lasting relationships

  • Are highly organized, detail-minded and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Mac and Zoom

  • Feel a personal connection to Pilates, movement or wellness (a lovely bonus)
