At KO Pilates, you’ll find Private Sessions, Essentials, Open Studio, Pilates for Active Aging, and Workshops — each created to support a healthier, more resilient life outside the studio.

Here’s how it works:

Private Sessions:

This is how you begin your journey at KO Pilates. We welcome new clients with our Intro Package Special of three Private Sessions — $240 with Karin or $180 with Kayla. These sessions introduce you to the Classical Pilates method, help you learn the basics, and give us time to assess your movement patterns, strengths, and areas that need support.

Each Private Session offers personalized, one‑on‑one attention from Karin or Kayla. Whether in‑studio or virtual, every session is tailored to your needs, your goals, and the way your body moves. Sessions are typically 55 minutes, with 30‑minute options available for added flexibility.

Your Private Sessions also serve as your Initial Assessment if you plan to join the Essentials Class, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and ready for your first small‑group experience.

Pilates for Active Aging Class:

Designed for adults 55+, this beginner-friendly class focuses on strength, flexibility, and functional movement to support healthy aging. Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to movement, we’ll meet you where you are—with encouragement, clarity, and care.

Each class is limited to 4 students, ensuring personalized attention. If a session is full, we’re happy to add you to the waitlist.

To reserve your spot, payment is required in advance. Be sure to reserve online, in person, or by contacting the studio at 559-955-7404.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so another student can take your place—no fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will incur the full class fee.

Open Studio:

Similar to a typical class, but with a twist. Under Karin’s watchful eye and direction, you’ll work out and progress at your own pace, making individual connections in your body.  Join us in person or tune in virtually. Arrive any time during the Open Studio time block, stay as long as you would like to get your workout in and/or observe. Intro plans or classes are a pre-requisite to joining our open studio sessions.

Continuing Education

Our Continuing Education Workshops are designed for both teachers and dedicated clients who want to deepen their understanding of the Classical Pilates method across a variety of apparatus. Each monthly workshop offers focused study, hands‑on practice, and clear, lineage‑based instruction that supports stronger movement, sharper teaching, and a more connected experience of the system. Whether you’re refining your technique, expanding your teaching skills, or simply wanting to learn more about the Classical work, these sessions provide a supportive environment for meaningful growth.

Essentials Class

Essentials is our introductory small‑group class where you’ll learn the foundational Classical Pilates exercises on every piece of apparatus. With clear instruction and a supportive pace, you’ll build strength, improve alignment, and develop the core connections that support long‑term success. Most clients remain in Essentials for 3–6 months before progressing into Open Studio sessions or Private Sessions for deeper, personalized work.

Everyone begins Essentials with an Initial Assessment (private session) because your body deserves individualized attention from the start. This one‑on‑one session lets us understand your alignment, movement patterns, and goals so your first class feels clear, safe, and truly supportive of your long‑term health.
