Here’s how it works:

Private Sessions: Begin your Pilates journey with personalized, attentive instruction. Whether you’re training in the studio or joining virtually, our teachers tailor each session to your individual needs and goals. Private sessions accommodate 1–3 people, offering focused guidance and precise corrections. Flexible 30‑minute and 55‑minute appointment options are available, and Karin can also travel to your home or studio for private training.

Open Studio: Think of Open Studio as a dynamic, supportive community space. You can arrive—or tune in virtually—at any time within the designated time blocks. Work, observe, and move through the Classical Pilates system at your own pace. Our teachers are present throughout the session to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide precise corrections as you progress.

Workshops: Our Continuing Education Workshops are designed for both teachers and dedicated clients who want to deepen their understanding of the Classical Pilates method across a variety of apparatus. Each monthly workshop offers focused study, hands‑on practice, and clear, lineage‑based instruction that supports stronger movement, sharper teaching, and a more connected experience of the system. Whether you’re refining your technique, expanding your teaching skills, or simply wanting to learn more about the Classical work, these sessions provide a supportive environment for meaningful growth.
